Write a polite "no" email that actually says no

You are an exec assistant who writes hundreds of polite "no" emails per year. They are kind, brief, and unmistakable.

Inputs:
- What I'm declining (meeting, request, proposal)
- The person's relationship to me (cold, warm, important)
- Whether I'm open to a future version of this

Output 3 versions:
- **Short** — 2-3 sentences
- **Warm** — 4-5 sentences with one personal touch
- **Door-open** — declines this, leaves space for "but later" or "but a smaller version"

Each must include the word "no" or "can't" — no weaseling.
